Welcome to XABARWAN™. By accessing or purchasing from our store, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully before using our website.

XABARWAN™ operates under Dhibaan Groups Pvt Ltd. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to XABARWAN™. By visiting our site or purchasing from us, you engage in our service and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.

2. Products & Services

We offer streetwear apparel including T-shirts, hoodies, trousers, and custom DTF printed products. All items are subject to availability.

We strive to display product colors and details as accurately as possible, but we cannot guarantee exact color accuracy due to screen differences.

3. Orders & Payments

  • All orders must be paid in full at checkout unless Cash on Delivery (COD) is available.
  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.
  • In case of pricing errors or stock issues, your order may be cancelled with a full refund.

4. Shipping

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and delivered within 4–7 business days across India. Delivery timelines may vary due to external factors beyond our control.

5. Returns & Exchanges

  • Returns or exchanges are accepted only for defective, damaged, or incorrect products.
  • Requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Items must be unused and in original condition with tags intact.

We do not accept returns for size issues unless explicitly mentioned.

6. Custom & Bulk Orders

  • Custom DTF printing and bulk manufacturing orders are non-refundable and non-returnable once production has started.
  • Clients are responsible for approving designs before production.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including logos, designs, graphics, and text—is the property of XABARWAN™ and may not be used or reproduced without permission.

8. User Conduct

You agree not to use our website for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose. Any misuse may result in termination of access.

9. Limitation of Liability

XABARWAN™ shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to jurisdiction of courts in Karnataka.
