No returns for vibes. Only for real issues.
At XABARWAN™, every piece is made with intent. We don’t believe in unnecessary returns—but if something’s genuinely wrong, we’ve got you.
What We Accept
We only accept returns or exchanges if:
- You received a damaged product
- You got the wrong item
You must reach out within 48 hours of delivery.
Conditions (No Exceptions)
- Item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed
- Tags and packaging must be intact
- You may be asked for photos/videos for verification
What We Don’t Accept
- Size issues (check the size guide before you cop)
- Change of mind
- Custom DTF printed pieces
- Bulk / private label orders
Once you buy it, own it.
Exchanges
- Only for damaged or incorrect items
- Subject to availability
- If replacement isn’t available, we’ll process a refund
Refunds
- Processed after approval and inspection
- Credited to your original payment method
- Can take 5–7 business days to reflect
Cancellations
- Allowed only before dispatch
- Once shipped, it’s locked in
