Return & Refund Policy – XABARWAN™

No returns for vibes. Only for real issues.

At XABARWAN™, every piece is made with intent. We don’t believe in unnecessary returns—but if something’s genuinely wrong, we’ve got you.


What We Accept

We only accept returns or exchanges if:

  • You received a damaged product
  • You got the wrong item

You must reach out within 48 hours of delivery.


Conditions (No Exceptions)

  • Item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed
  • Tags and packaging must be intact
  • You may be asked for photos/videos for verification

What We Don’t Accept

  • Size issues (check the size guide before you cop)
  • Change of mind
  • Custom DTF printed pieces
  • Bulk / private label orders

Once you buy it, own it.


Exchanges

  • Only for damaged or incorrect items
  • Subject to availability
  • If replacement isn’t available, we’ll process a refund

Refunds

  • Processed after approval and inspection
  • Credited to your original payment method
  • Can take 5–7 business days to reflect

Cancellations

  • Allowed only before dispatch
  • Once shipped, it’s locked in
